Terms & Conditions

Order Process

Orders are placed through a Google Form, which will be posted before each batch opens.
Once your form is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation message within 24-48 hours.
Orders that include watches may be marked as pre-orders if stocks are still in transit.

Production Time

All items are handmade and processed in the order received.
Please allow 5-7 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays).
Production time may vary during peak season or due to restocking delays.

Payment

50% down payment is required before production begins. It must be made within 24 hours after order confirmation.
The full payment must be settled within 24 hours upon completion of the order.
Failure to comply will result in the customer being posted as a bogus buyer (including name and Instagram handle) for awareness purposes.
Accepted payment methods: GCASH, BPI, PAYMAYA.
No cash on delivery (COD) at the moment.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide via J&T.
Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer and will be calculated based on your location and item amount.
Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped.
We are not liable for courier delays or lost parcels once the item has been handed over for delivery.

Cancellation & Order Changes

No cancellations are allowed once the order form is submitted. 50% of the order total will be charged for cancellation.
Up to 2 changes can be made to the order once the form is submitted.
Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled at the customer's request after submission.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with an unpacking video, item photos, and a description.

Design & Customization

Custom themes or charms are subject to availability.
If a requested design is unavailable, we'll offer a close alternative or contact you for preferences.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared through the order form will be kept confidential and used solely for order processing and delivery—unless Payment Term, bullet 3 has been violated.
